I can pretty much guarantee that if you crack down or at least compromise on the bs, a LOT more people would play (and for longer). I didn't expect a drastic change, but I wouldn't have expected a REGRESSION. I'm sorry, but coming back to this issue to THIS degree made my ptsd flare up smh lol. Just put it over there on the fridge somewhere where it can easily be ignored lol smh. If the answer is yes, like I said - Keep it You're going to anyway. All I'm asking is that BEFORE implementing a contract, PLEASE ask yourselves "Is this counter productive in ANY way". Like I said, I know there's no way a small percentage of bad contracts being pushed out will ever NOT be a thing, but good lord - there HAS to be a limit to the madness at some point. Granted, I've taken month long breaks, but still - this is easily on par with the ridiculous "get 200 (or whatever it was I just know it was a high number) hazard KO's" back when Basketbrawl was introduced. Seeing so many people have a great time in our first Beta last weekend was awesome Weve been playing this game for a few years as we develop it, so we know. Lastly, I don't mean any of this as a "personal attack", but I have to say it - this is by far the dumbest contract I've seen. You can immediately pre-load the Beta version on your favorite platform, and enter the game on April 2 (Friday) at 6 am Pacific time / 9 am US Eastern time / 2. There was a closed beta to celebrate the announcement, but if you want to get in a few practice rounds before launch, a Knockout City open beta is now on its. I propose that you can keep shipping out this minority of irrational contract BUT relegate them to being PURELY optional and/or "bonus" type things more specifically NOT tied to any kind of reward and generally something that can be ignored (like dailies and such). Having said that, at this point, I just seek compromise. The game’s first beta will take place this weekend (Feb 20-21) on PC via Origin and Steam in. Needless to say, the game will always have that small percentage of contracts that make no sense. Knockout City is a new kind of competitive multiplayer game, but it also captures an old-school. Given that it's been roughly a year and a half+, I've accepted that the game and it's issues will seemingly always be as they are. To be more specific, I want to know who thought "winning rounds SPECIFICALLY during the last minute" as a contract was a good idea? I digress. With that being said, I've noticed the issue with bad contracts still being alive and well. To preface this, I'm coming back to the game (again) to cop the Turtles and whatnot.
